환불정책 Return policy / non-returnable items

주문 취소는 주문이 생성된 시간으로부터 1시간 이내에만 가능합니다. 주문 생성 1시간 이후에는 해외 현지에 주문이 들어가게 되어 취소가 불가능합니다.

상품 손상 혹은 잘못된 상품 이슈 / Damages and issues

변심에 의한 환불·취소·교환은 불가능하지만, 상품이 깨져서 온 경우나 잘못된 상품을 받았을 경우에는 환불이 가능합니다. 상품을 받은 즉시 문제가 있다고 판단되면 상품 사진과 성함, 주문번호를 고객센터나 이메일 directwineshop@gmail.com로 보내주십시오.

환불 / Refunds

위와 같은 파손 이슈나 오배송에 의한 환불 요청이 정당하다고 판정될 경우, 저희는 즉각 고객의 결제 환불 처리를 진행하겠습니다. 해외 결제인 관계로 실제 카드사/은행으로의 환불 데이터가 전달되기 까지 최대 10일까지 걸리는 점 이해 부탁 드립니다. 만약 15일 이상 환불이 없을 경우 저희 이메일 directwineshop@gmail.com로 연락 주십시오.

유럽 내에서의 주문 / European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
